This project entailed McGurran Construction building a 300 square metre 2 bay fire station on piled foundation including works to public roads and footpaths outside site boundary. McGurran Construction liaised closely with the client Cavan County Council and their architects Malachi Cullen & Partners. The value of the project was €600,000 over an 8 month duration period.
Works included, building structure, roof structure, underground water tank, wall finishes internally and externally, ceiling finishes, drill tower structure, sheeting and doors, fixtures and fittings which included benches, lockers, shelving and presses.
